I have lived in my house since july?

i have lived in my house since July and not one single complaint and now within the last 2 months i have had 2 off the council saying if they get one more complaint i will be kicked out but the person complaining is a pcso in our area now this is were the problems start i was getting harassed off her and complained about her the inspector at the police station said she was aware of the pcso's harassment as to the amount of times she was reporting me the inspector said she would have a word with the pcso and then 3 days later i get my first warning off the council saying causing a nuisance and intimidating people on my street and being drunk then a month passes and the pcso still doing the same so i report her AGAIN and guess wot 3 days later i get another letter off the council (2nd warning) but this time it mentions all the rest but also includeds letting my dogs run uncontrollable on the street (i find this hard to believe since i only have 1 dog and she is house bound at the moment due to medical reasons) and also says i have been playing loud music till all hours in the nite (hard to belive again since i have a 2 year old daughter and i evan have to turn my tv right down to Evan here the music on my pc) and i spoke to the council about the ongoing complaints i have put into the police about the pcso but the council said that if i go see a solicitor and get things rolling in regards to the harassment off the pcso the council say there is nothing stopping the pcso to put in another complaint and i will get kicked out as they say the information they get off pcso's and police have to be taken as true so my question is do i go the solicitor route and file harassment charges against the pcso (during which i could lose my house) or carry on getting harassed i don't want to be kicked out for my daughters sake but obviously this pcso doesn't care about that SO WHAT SHOULD I DO AND DO I HAVE ANY GROUNDS? this is also affecting my relationship as with all the stress
