Unions: a force for good?

Union money is used to buy government officials and to put who they want in office. People who are in the union do not believe in team playing. Each person has 1 job and they do only that job, if they do anything else they get paid extra. I know a person who operates a crane and only works maybe an hour or two a day and gets 30 something dollars an hour whether he just sits there or whatever. If he has to get out to move something he gets paid more. Union members do not get fired even if they don't do their jobs. It is probably fantastic to be a union member however, they slow the jobs down because if you need something done and you can do it you can't you have to wait until the person assigned that particular task shows up.
