Were the U.S. 2009 state quarters ever released as a mass distribution?

I managed to collect all of the state coins by getting them in change. Luckily I was in Idaho for 3 years and collected the Denver not Delaware mint coins as well. You might try making friends with some one in the West and trading coins with them. the National park coins are out this year starting with Yellowstone.
