My neighbors are holding a garage sale every day and clogging up the street making it hard for us to get out?

they hold a garage sale every day . the extra traffic makes it hard for school buses and fed ex trucks to get through as they park on both sides of the street even though there are no parking signs in this residential neighborhood. I dont want to hurt their ability to put food on the table but it is a nuisance. What should I do?
