Worst and best parts of being LGBTQ?

The worst part for me being gay is the whole dating thing. So many more people obv are hetero compared to gay so it's really hard to meet people. The best part I find however is the great LGBTQ community. It's hard being a minority sometimes so it's great to be around people who get you once and awhile. How about your worst and best?
