I would tell him the truth (minus the whole "I never got over you" part) tell him you wanna do some "reconnecting" or whatever in your own words :P invite him to hang out. Own it guurl. If he sees you're confident in yourself, and that you look like it's no big deal, just a normal thing that people do all the time, then he won't be scared, and he'll be down for hangin'
