What can you do against very loud pubs?

I live in a street where there are seeral pubs and restaurants, they all play music, even karaoke, but at a resonable level. But thre is one pub that upsets everyone and blasts loud music until past midnight even on week days? Can that be part of their licence? The funnt thing is that thispub caters to older people, having some mad DJ play Frank Sinatratra and the like. Perhaps they are all deaf, but it is a nuisance. Also. it is in Scotland so what law apply
