Lazy Apartment Manager that doesn't care?

You have put up with this crap for 10 months, why are you getting more upset now since you will be moving soon. Make sure to give written notice per your contract usually 30/60 days and make sure that you schedule a walk through with the landlord after the apartment is empty and clean so they can't make up damages and keep your security deposit.
